Two months waiting! Don’t trust shipping info. Supposedly came to west coast then back to New York Keep bugging them. Finally got something supposedly from Fed Ex. No shipping info but I could buy stuff from them. Snowballs chance. Read the reviews!!!!!! They don’t even reply to emails anymore. Seems I saw once they were in Canada. Veteran owners. Veterans from where? DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Delivery took 3+ weeks and do not like the charger. It is a cheaply made product from China with an expensive price. Solar screen has mark on it. Going to try charging it today. Fingers crossed it works. Not sure I'll trust the straws but have them now.

This is my first order so it came in longer than I expect

The product is what made it amazing. Can't believe I could have fresh drinking water for over a year

Love the product and would have given it 5 stars but it took 3 weeks to receive them. I could see a week or maybe even 2 but 3 weeks? In today’s world of fast delivery, using the USPS and it sitting for days, not good. Definitely a reflection on USPS but you chose them.

This was a purchase that gave us peace of mind. Out of all the things you purchase everyday, this one is the no regret purchase thatb is usable for the whole family. It is small enough to add to any kit, tote or bag to have at all times! It came quickly, sealed, and ready to add to our emergency bag, car, backpack. Thank you so much!! Debbie Mangelson

I haven't tested or used my water filters but have peace of mind knowing I will be prepared.
