Ease of purchase and quick delivery.

I placed an order towards the end of May 2026. I checked the website tracking multiple times. Order was still in transit as of June 28,2026. Checked again on July 17, 2026. It said that my order was delivered June 11, 2026. I never saw it. Cannot get any kind of a response from the company.

I've been trying to get some answers to questions since receiving my two water filter straws. NO RESPONSE to date. Here is the last email I sent. "Hi, I have tried to respond to this email several times now over several days. NO RESPONSE to date. My questions are simple, are you able to answer these in a few days? How long will the straw filters last if not used?  I understand they are good for about 400 gallons, so I'm interested in the number of years they last not the gallons. The package has a note about pre-charging the filter with clean water. This means I need to open the package now to be sure I'm precharging with clean water. In an emergency clean water may not be available if it was I won't need the straw. The note to pre-charge is not highlighted in any way. Just a note on the bag. I almost just put the bag in my car for use when I need it without pre-charging. Can the straw be stored in the trunk of a car in the heat without changing the life to the filter straw?  If not what are the storage requirements? If not that also means it has no use being stored in a remote cabin without A/C. I'm frustrated with the lack of response and bring me to question the truth of your advertisements. I prefer working with companies that are 'up front' about their products and how they compare to their competitors. Ordering was easy and the products ordered were as promised, no funky,cheap, Made in China junk. Thank you for that. Karen Whitlock

So I bought 2 of these straws from Primitive Labs. Watched all the videos I could to prepare the device for use. What I found is, no matter what I tried, the hard plastic (not rubber) bottom cap would not budge in any direction. Decided to attach a bottle of clean water to clear the tube until it ran clear. Then I added another bottle with cranberry juice to see if it made it clear. It did not! Don’t waste your money. Absolutely no confidence in this product.

This product should be in everyone’s homes!
