Ordered in May and was told one of the items was on backorder so it would be August by the time it arrived. August came and went, now September there's still no delivery and they won't refund me either. Avoid this company, they are scammers and probably don't even make this survival gear.

Have posted to company several times regarding an order I did not receive. They keep saying I received the order but I did not. I would not order from this company. Wish I had read reviews before I wasted my 100.00 plus for the filters.

It is week six waiting on my order. Upon inquiry I do believe the response is automated. I cannot rate the product until I get it; if i get it. When I can receive just about anything on the internet in 48 hours, six weeks almost sounds like a scam.

I placed an order towards the end of May 2026. I checked the website tracking multiple times. Order was still in transit as of June 28,2026. Checked again on July 17, 2026. It said that my order was delivered June 11, 2026. I never saw it. Cannot get any kind of a response from the company.

I've been trying to get some answers to questions since receiving my two water filter straws. NO RESPONSE to date. Here is the last email I sent. "Hi, I have tried to respond to this email several times now over several days. NO RESPONSE to date. My questions are simple, are you able to answer these in a few days? How long will the straw filters last if not used? I understand they are good for about 400 gallons, so I'm interested in the number of years they last not the gallons. The package has a note about pre-charging the filter with clean water. This means I need to open the package now to be sure I'm precharging with clean water. In an emergency clean water may not be available if it was I won't need the straw. The note to pre-charge is not highlighted in any way. Just a note on the bag. I almost just put the bag in my car for use when I need it without pre-charging. Can the straw be stored in the trunk of a car in the heat without changing the life to the filter straw? If not what are the storage requirements? If not that also means it has no use being stored in a remote cabin without A/C. I'm frustrated with the lack of response and bring me to question the truth of your advertisements. Please respond to this email soon.
