The product wS as described, and shipped out immediately.. love good customer service

Really great products recommended! Thanks!

The shipping took a long time…six weeks at least. I cannot comment on the emergency straw, as I haven’t had the need to use it. One question I have is whether it expires?

Customer service from the company was great and the items were perfect.

I love the bivvies, the water-straw personal water filters and the wristband with the rope and compass. I have them in strategic locations so whether I have to grab and go, or get lost in my vehicle, I have them handy and know I will not be without shelter or water if I get into that kind of situation or worse. Thank you for such thoughtful products.

I received the product on timely manner. A great necessity for all our trips.

Primitive Labs makes these filters very impressive and easy to order. I believe they will become very important and will pay for themselves in the next grid failure. Now it's just a matter of when.
