Appears to be a quality piece of survival gear doesn’t take up much space

I bought 5 straws for a large amount of money, they arrived in the mail and the first time I took it to the lake, I tried it out. I didn't have any clean water to filter through it first but according to the videos they showed you were supposed to be able to stick it in the water and drink freely from the straw. If it's an emergency youre not going to have time to make sure you have already clean water to start it with. So I sent them an email letting them know what I did and how it didn't work and that I would like a refund and return information. They got back to me saying I needed to flush it first and then take 5 deep inhales and then it should start working and after that I shouldn't have any more problems. So once again I go to the lake and get some water from the it in their provided water bottle. I bring it home and record my issues and concerns. I show them how it doesn't just start flowing when you give it 5 hard inhales, then I prime it with the clean water and took 5 deep inhales, I just ended up really light headed and explained how the straw is not good for emergencies because you always need clean water to start it of with and if you have asma or COPD this is not a good straw for them. Then I connected the dirty lake water bottle to the straw and tipped it. Finally it started flowing but it was a very slow flow and I explained to them that that was why I couldn't get anything to suck up. I sent them the video and they said I would have to wait for their warehouse to get back to them with the return information. So a few days have gone by and I sent them another message asking how long it usually takes to hear from their Warehouse and how it shouldn't be taking this long for a refund and a return. The ad on their site specifically said 60 day money back guaranteed if not satisfied, well 30 days passed trying out this straw to get it to work and I'm not satisfied and after another 30 days it'll be to late to ask for a refund hmmm? Well they sent me a message saying if I didn't want to wait they can refund me my money except $20 for a cancellation and administrative fee? What!? I sent them another message letting them know that I would like to know how long it takes to hear from their warehouse about return info and how it's not right for me to lose $20 of my refund to return their item and get any of my money back. I asked them to kindly fix this and that I wasn't giving them $20 out of my refund. My review was 1 star but I switched it to 3 because they did reply back and give me my full refund which went right back into my account within a few days but I still haven't heard back from them about returning the straws? They are still waiting for their warehouse to get back to them with the return information.

The bivys are a great item for lite weight warm shelter The water filters are well made and efficient filters Your prices are wonderful and your shipping is fast I can't find any fault keep up the good work.

This is a good company and I received my products very quickly. If I need anything else I would buy through this company.

It is week six waiting on my order. Upon inquiry I do believe the response is automated. I cannot rate the product until I get it; if i get it. When I can receive just about anything on the internet in 48 hours, six weeks almost sounds like a scam.

I ordered the 129.00 family bundle that never arrived and they refuse to process a refund. Been emailing back & forth for 30 days now. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHERS TO BUY FROM.
