Complete RIPOFF ! NEVER EVER rely on this company. Find a different transportation solution. What good is a low booking rate, if the booking does not get honored, leaves you stranded at a sensitive time, have to find alternative EXPENSIVE transportation at the last urgent minute, AND if you have to fight tooth and nail in the days after to get that money back, if at all you do ?? Our driver was a no show at the airport pickup. We were in touch with customer service all along, they asked us to keep on waiting. And after 50 minutes of waiting on the curb with tired crying hungry children in tow, the rep tells us our ride is NOT coming and go figure out alternative transportation on our own. Ridiculous? This isn't even the cringiest bit. We got an email confirmation saying our trip is being canceled by an Admin for reasons of No Available Driver and would be fully refunded. Guess what - after two days we find that instead of a refund, we have been CHARGED AGAIN!!!!! My rage knows no bounds now !! I am now talking with my bank to run a charge back. (Edit - chargebacks worked, the bank got me back the money.) These folks can't run a reliable operation at the jeopardy of travelers, leaves you hanging dry. And their ineptitude extends to not being able to revert simple transactions. Gross negligence at best, shady scam conduct at worst !!! Here is what I believe they do: Given a limited set of drivers or vehicles, if someone books a ride offering a higher fare, they will mercilessly ditch you regardless of a confirmed booking. It is a likely possibility given the high rate of complaints of driver no-shows and trouble getting promised and duly eligible refunds, that they bank on customers giving up on their refund pursuits. Total scam operation in our experience. I would hope the state license providers and the payment processors for PrimeTime Shuttle take a hard look at this operation. Any social site reviews you come across tells a blazing tale of ineptitude, negligence, recklessness AT SCALE by this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!

RUN AWAY!!! They did not arrive to pick me up at the scheduled time and they did not agree to a refund. I am still going back and forth w/ a credit card dispute since March. It's now October. Don't use them.

Had to cancel our trip and they immediately charged a $5 cancellation fee (no big deal). HOWEVER! More than 30 days later and they still have not refunded the full charge as they agreed to and per their website. When I call, all they say is that the refund "is pending".

BEWARE!. the driver Haluk did not off load my carry on. The company did not move on the complaint saying he said he didn´t have i.t. He said there was nothing of value in it admitting he had kept it and gone through it. The cost to me of what Haluk kept is nearly $3,000.00. BEWARE FOR YOUR BAGS!

We used them in January, 2020.We had a bad experience going AND coming.Both drivers were RUDE and very clearly were not happy with their jobs.The driver who picked us up at the cruise terminal was over an hour late and then proceeded to ask US for directions to get to our destination. When he passed an intersection where he should have turned, he yelled "why didn't you tell me to turn". His vehicle was in terrible condition...we were not able to sit in one of the seats because it was broken and slid on its tracks every time he applied the brakes. The worst was when we arrived and he literally threw my almost new suitcase across the sidewalk. It tore the wheel thru it's casing and it landed in the street. I filed a claim and was told that the claim was denied and that it was "unfortunate that my suitcase was damaged while using their services" - (their exact words)!They didn't even deserve a one. This company should not be in business.

Prime Time get a 1 only because the review will not accept a zero. This company should not be in business. Last weekend I used them (used at the last minute due to Super Shuttle going out of business) to go to and from LAX and Long Beach. Check in at LAX was relatively quick and then the wait began. Despite having a reservation there were no cars available (apparently vans can no longer utilize LAX). 45 minutes after my check in I was fortunate enough to have someone going to Long Beach share his ride (with the consent of the driver). The return the next day was brutal. Prime Time set my pick up at 1615 hrs. At 1635 I called them for an update on driver. I was told 15 minutes. After 20 minutes had lapsed I called them back. This time they had trouble finding the reservation but eventually did and advised me it would be 20 minutes. To no ones surprise the car still did not arrive which resulted in another call with the stock '20 minutes' response. By now there were 4 of us, all waiting to go to LAX, all for a 1615 pickup. All called and were given arrival times ranging from 20 minutes to 5 minutes. At 1725 the driver finally arrived and we tried to re-enact the Grand Prix of Long Beach. We topped out @ 90 mph on the freeway and spent most of the ride under hard braking, accelerating and lane changes. Despite making it to the airport in time to catch our flights I have absolutely nothing good to say other than we did not die! This company should have its licence revoked.!

Do not book with this Company!!Not reputable.Left my daughter by herself Stranded at LAX Airport for 4 hours . No text nothing, finally a driver with a car came by and said I have no room for you as he had a small car and other passengers.What a disgrace and Never sent a backup, she was left there in tears and no way of getting home which she booked weeks ago on their site. What kind of a business does that...??.Never book a Ride with them , they should go out of business if they cannot accommodate their customers and not give a crap how you arrive home! The worst experience for a young girl depending on Prime Time ! Shame on them!,

Prime time shuttle cancelled my daughter and her children’s pick up for a ride to the airport leaving them stranded on Christmas Eve. Worse still, Prime Time Shuttle cancelled the reservation at the time of pick up! Not hours before when other arrangements could be made. Never again. Don’t trust Prime Time Shuttle. Their service has been slipping these last few years but now they are at rock bottom.
