Prime Time ShuttleReviews of primetimeshuttle.com

Prime Time Shuttle is simply fantastic. We book with them regularly when traveling and the service offers professional drivers and several options as far as the vehicle choice, pickup times, locations etc. The drivers we have utilized are always punctual, helpful and safe in getting us from point A to point B. I highly recommend Prime Time for shuttle service whether to the airport, cruise terminals or otherwise. The online app makes the reservation system that much easier and you can track the driver's location and follow and updates etc. A terrific service and reasonable rates and with many options. Highly recommended

We used the prebook service twice for or Los Angeles trip. We received confirmations, driver information and lots of communication throughout the process. Noone was late and both drivers drive safely. I am very pleased with the service and the pricing was reasonable as well. We will use them again. (Canadian travelers)

I recently had the pleasure of using Prime Time Shuttle for airport transportation, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The process was seamless and user-friendly from the moment I booked my ride online. Their well-designed website makes it easy to choose the right service for my needs and schedule my pick-up time. On the day of my flight, the shuttle arrived promptly at my doorstep, exactly at the scheduled time. The driver was courteous, professional, and impeccably dressed, immediately setting a positive tone for the journey. He assisted with my luggage, ensuring everything was securely stowed, and I was comfortably settled before we set off. The vehicle itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for the ride. I was particularly impressed with the smoothness of the drive and the driver’s expert navigation through traffic, which can often be a major stressor when heading to the airport. He was also very knowledgeable about alternate routes, which came in handy when avoiding a sudden traffic jam. Throughout the journey, the driver maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. He engaged in pleasant conversation while also respecting my need for some quiet time. His attentive and considerate nature made me feel valued as a customer. When I arrived at the airport, the driver ensured I was dropped off at the correct terminal, assisted me with unloading my luggage, and wished me a pleasant flight. The entire experience left me feeling relaxed and ready for my trip, which is exactly what one hopes for with airport transportation. Prime Time Shuttle provided exceptional, punctual, professional, and highly customer-focused service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and stress-free airport transportation. They made my journey start on a positive note, and I will certainly be using their services again.

Very organized shuttle service. Top notch communication. Reasonable pricing. Fantastic driver. Seamless & stress free experience coming off our flight at LAX. Will be using Prime instead of Uber from now on. Highly recommend!
