I experienced such a relief knowing when I met Josh Abraham. Josh was so professional, and he was extremely knowledgeable with assisting me with the process of getting my journal published. Josh showed clarity, outstanding service and perfection. I am so grateful for his services. I will look forward to working with Josh on other projects.

Josh A. Was friendly, professional, and helpful. Sarah Cathy was also great to work with.

I would specifically like to thank Dushane Byrne and all of the Amazon prime publishing labs staff for the incredible help and most professional support I have ever experienced. Thanks to my publishing agent with Amazon prime labs I was able to copyright and publish my book on amazon.com as well as acquire book sales across the country. This has been one of my most wonderful and supportive experiences of my life. Thank you for your continued support. I highly recommend to publish with Amazon and hiring these agents to help you throughout the entire publishing process.

Stay away! After spending thousands on a promise of success, I was presented with a copy of a letter purportedly from Barnes and Noble that they wanted to sell my book. I was pressed to spend tens of thousands of dollars again by PPL. I contacted Barnes and Noble directly, who informed the letter presented to me was a sham and the representation was not true. Stay away.

The good news is that their inabilities forced me to learn how to publish a kindle book myself. They apparently didn't know the difference between a "fixed-layout" and "reflowable" kindle book. To be fair, neither did I. But when they published my book and it did not scroll up and down, did not have adjustable font or layout, color and background, I had to learn. When I tried to explain to the project manager what was wrong he basically blew me off and told me that they had done everything correctly. I learned how to create the reflowable book format myself from apps that Kindle provides for free, un-publish the book they put up, and publish a new version myself. The guy I was working with did not even know the terminology of the files that Kindle use, and so he put me on the phone with a technician. I don't know if I got through to him or not as to what the problem was. In any case he never got back to me as promised. I guess the positives were that they provided me a book cover which is nice and they "inspired" me to figure out how to do it myself. If you use them you will talk to very nice and intelligent person at the beginning, and then get shuffled to the (fill in the blank). I hate to be so harsh, but this company was almost a total waste of my time and money.

Absolute worst experience of my life. This was my 1st book but I'm sure it could have gotten any work. Ghostwriting and creative collaboration was nonexistent and they even seem to have issues with basic proof reading. Only thing they were concerned with was upselling. Worst experience of my life and never again with this company.

I had a great experience with this company except for one hiccup: my book was published in the wrong size. Alice worked on resolving the issue and it's currently pending. She has excellent communication and was easy to work with. She was very patient. Thanks for helping me publish my book!
