Prime Jackets sent me a jacket from overseas under Facon 5 (PJ). It was cheap and already coming a part with stuffing hanging out. I later received an invoice from FedEx for the overseas delivery fees. Do not order or trust this company! They are fraudulent!

Terrible experience overall
Terrible experience overall, and I feel like they tried to scam me.
First of all, I will say that their customer service people did respond in a timly manner. However, their responses were completely inadequate. I ordered 2 jackets, one Large and one 2X, and by some stretch of logic I don't understand, the 2X one was smaller than the Large. So I wrote them asking to exchange it. I sent in a pic of the two jackets lying side by side that clearly showed the sizes, as they requested.
Their first offer was a 30% refund and I could keep the (useless to me) jacket, or a $30 coupon toward my next purchase. I informed them that neither option was acceptable, and I either wanted to exchange it for a jacket that fit, or get all of my money back. Then I was told that, "due to unforeseen maintenance at (their) return warehouse, (they) are currently unable to accept new returns." They then offered me a 50% refund instead.
At this point I wrote back and said no thanks, I would open a dispute with the credit card company instead. Which I did within 10 minutes of hitting "send" on that email. Within the hour, I got an email offering me a 100% refund, which I said I would accept. I figured I would keep the dispute open until I got the refund and then cancel it. I am very glad I didn't cancel it immediately based on their promise to refund 100%, because guess what? They never refunded me a single penny. The credit card company took care of it for me and gave me my money back.
The final insult was receiving a bill from FedEx a few weeks later for a duty fee because the package was shipped from Pakistan.
Please stay far, far away from these scammers.

Customer service was good
Customer service was good. The first jacket was too big. Asked for my husbands measurements. They sent me a smaller size and it is still too big. Not sure what I should do now, keep or try the next size down?

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! I purchased a jacket, it arrived and was too short. I immediately contacted them within an hour of delivery to return the item. They will NOT return your money. Not only that, you will get a FedEx bill in about a month to pay Import Tax. Total loss of money for me. Their website makes it look like they ship from Florida, yet your package will arrive from a foreign country.

My wife "loved" the Washington…
My wife "loved" the Washington Commanders Jacket. It was a "Mother's Day" gift and the funny thing about it is, I'm a Dallas Cowboy fan, born and raised in Texas and my whole family diehard Cowboy fans and I moved to the Washington DC area in 1975, and my wife, a diehard I mean diehard Washington Commanders fan.....so, my 2nd team favorite is the Washington Commanders!!!! 😁 😂 😀 🤣

Worse customer service
Worse customer service! It took over 4 weeks to receive the jacket and was only after several attempts to contact them by email since there’s no phone. I requested a dispute of charges with my bank. A week later I received the jacket. Then they charged me for express shipping! I don’t think 4 weeks is express. Returns? Forget it. They never respond to requests. So I’m stuck with a jacket that doesn’t fit.
