Your prices are awesome!
Price was way lower than I expected. Free shipping made it even better. Item arrived on the date you said it would.

The wrong application for my car, after the free shipping I paid back and an additional 20% restocking fee, I got my money back; wait, no I didn't.
I ordered brake shoes for my 2003 Impreza Wrx for the parking brake. I got shoes for a rear drum brake impreza...not park brake shoes for disc brakes. It was explained to me that if I sent the shoes back, I would get my money back minus a 20% restock fee and the original shipping. I also had to pay the shipping to get it back to them. After I resent the shoes and was expecting a few bucks back....I got nothing. Don't buy from these people.

Trustworthy Vendor
I just purchased 2 window regulators from the EBAY venue where prime choice auto parts was the supplier. The 2 units did not fit exactly as claimed, but PCAP customer service shipped out another set prior to sending me shipping labels for the return of the original units. Once I got the replacements into the car, I shipped the original order back to PCAP and they paid for the shipping. What a class organization when it comes to customer service. I continue to use their website to see what other hardware they could help with. Number one supplier in my eyes.
