Charged my card twice, won't refund the money. It's been a week and still no parts. If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered more parts from eBay market the same day and they were here 3 days ago. Use this company at your own risk because I'm telling you right now not to.

GREAT brake pads and rotor

I attempted to purchase new brake pads from the prime choice website and was confused on the quality of pads per order. I was looking to replace only the two front brake pads on my vehicle. After calling the auto service toll free number the phone picked up and was set down. The phone sat as I listened to an individual who keyed on the keyboard. There was no greeting or reassurance that someone would be with me right away. Instead I waited on the phone for 5 minutes before hanging up and attempting to make communications through email. I explained my situation and that this was my first time experiencing their company. Below is the reply I received from a sales associate: "Hi Thank you for contacting us, we advice you to buy both of the break pads to get a better performance on your vehicle. We apologize for the inconvenience then you called. Thank you for making Prime Choice, your choice. Regards, John Auto Parts Specialist Prime Choice Auto Parts Outlet Toll Free 1-866-990-3871" Sorry John, but I took my business elsewhere. I won't be back. bought 4 shocks for my jeep. sent me the wrong ones . called them they said it happens all the time !!!! had my jeep on the hoist with the wrong shocks very disapointed will not order from them anymore. the worst experience i ever had with a auto suppler !!!
