STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! Ordered rear quick struts for a 2003 Honda Element They sent me rear struts for a 2003 to 2007 Honda accord When I called to get this fixed the girl on the phone said it was over their 30 day return policy and to sell them online if I wanted my money back When I told her I ordered them right that it was their fault she started playing the 90's game of you'er breaking up, I can't hear you... There is no way to talk to a owner or upper management. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

orded brake parts on Aug 31 they where wrong no problem that happen's so I cancelled them they took out my money well the problem is this is Sept 20 still not got my money back on the phone to them this is the 6th time. You can save some money with them but not if they steal from you. I have spent over 5 k ordering parts for me and for garage. its not much to them I guess but when you pay with other prople money you need to get parts or money back

I bought a new radiator from Prime Choice that was supposed to be a USA company, but billed & shipped from Canada. It took longer and was cracked up leaking worse than the one I was replacing. They refused to send me another one or refund my money. They blamed the shipper & filed a claim with them. They never gave me a refund or payment for shipping damages. Long wait on hold & bad customer service

I was going to order parts from this site until I read all these reviews. All the "5 star" reviews are written the same! All have very good grammar, punctuation and capitol letters at the beginning of every sentence. Most people of the internet do not write that well. Plus, they all read like a cheap ad from china. Buyer beware, I'm not risking it, you shouldn't either :-)

I ordered rear shocks and received front struts for my GMC 1500 Seirra? I was over seas on a ship and now they won't let me return them because return policy is 30 days. Everything is still in the box. I will never do business with them again and would never recommend them. Captain Dave B.
