Arthur Adams returned my call and we spoke at extensive length about what I wanted and he came through with the exact situation I was looking for. I could not be more pleased. We were previously booked on a Viking cruise that okoffered business class upgrade. Arthur beat their prices by a mile. I recommend anyone needing business class seats contact prime flights and ask for Arthur just as I’m going to do in the spring when we travel again to Europe.

We have used prime flights many times for our International Travel. Both Kate K and Steve O have always gone above and beyond to meet our every needs. Our last booking just yesterday was the most challenging. My husband and I are moving to Spain permanently, so Kate and Steve found us excellent priced business class tickets one way, but also assisted in very tedious bookings for our two dogs that need to go in cargo. They made sure that they can go on the same flight as us registered them and even insured their safety with correct dimensions for their carriers. They are always super pleasant, extremely professional very kind and even if you need to touch base with them several times a day they come back with corrected guidance to ensure a smooth trip.
