Kate Kiraz at Trust Pilot
Trust Pilot, Kate Kiraz is true professional. We had a complicated schedule with multi destination and to cancel some segments due to the circumstances. Kate arranged instantly & professionally without causing penalties and put back us in the schedule. It definitely suited our schedule and pleased us. Especially, we’ve got the best business class fare. If someone considers business flight, I strongly encourage you to contact Kate at Trust Pilot.

Businees Class Scam
I booked business class fares to Lisbon and returning to Southampton. I was dealing with Alex Parker, who found fares I was willing to pay. I signed a contract and provided my credit card to them. The next day, they emailed me saying they wanted $200 more per person! This company is not reputable! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
Response from Prime FlightsJun 18, 2025
Dear Keith, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating unexpected price changes can be. Please know that our team, including Alex Parker, works diligently to secure the best fares available at the time of booking. However, ticket prices are set by the airlines and can fluctuate until the tickets are issued, which is beyond our control. This is likely what led to the price adjustment you mentioned. We value your trust and would love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns and find a solution that works for you.

Scott did a great job finding us…
Scott did a great job finding us business class seats from Washington to Amsterdam on Swiss Air. He gave us options to save even more money with alternative airports. We picked the best option based on our preferences. Saved thousands over booking direct with the airline. This was my second time using them and I will do it again.
