Prime FlightsReviews of prime-flights.com

I have been working with James in Prime Flights, he is an excellent agent, incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional and very understanding, I had so many questions he was so polite and super supportive and helpful from the start to the end, James is an absolute gentleman and an amazing person, he made my experience with prime flights amazing and I am for sure coming back to James for all my future flight tickets. Thank you James!!

Scott has been very responsive and helpful. I would use him again when the need occurs.

It was such an easy process. All i had to do was give them my date and destination.

We had been working with other agents from different companies and found Oscar to be the most helpful. He gave us several options that we hadn't thought of. He guided us through the entire process of booking

My experience was excellent because of Cameron. He as informative, pleasant and he understood exactly what I needed. The company should use him as an example of exemplary customer service.

Sorry not sorry I have been so stressed working with my travel agent since I first purchased my tickets January 13 2025 what was supposed to be our 44th wedding anniversary come this September I was booked on ZipAir the air line added my first name as my last name incorrectly and refused to correct it, 2nd Lu my month of birth is incorrect and with all the documentation passports, credit card, Picture ID with valide date of birth, months of email going back and forth it is ZipAirs policy not to make any corrections but to cancel the ticket loose my funds per person of $1750. X’s 2 and rebook. We are 66 and 64 on social security we can not afford to loose this amount of money so we went to the ticket counter to speak to a Supervisor and was told the will make no exceptions they acknowledged the names don’t match but stick by their policy. They say that since I personally did not purchase the tickets and that Primeflights purchased it that the responsibility is on them. Why would the put me through this? Will I get my money back? Will they cancel and rebook? I can’t say it’s been 4 months now. No one should have to endure this.
