Disappointed by lack of flexibility for long-term member
I have been a member of Primal Trust for over a year and have valued some of the content provided. Having finished the programme, I cancelled my membership, but missed the renewal date by a single day. I immediately requested cancellation with zero usage of the new month, but was denied a refund. The support team declined to offer any goodwill gesture despite my long-term history with them, citing a rigid 'no refund' policy. Highly disappointed that they couldn’t offer a goodwill gesture to someone who has been a member for 12+ months. Having derived zero value from this accidental renewal, the charge is effectively a penalty rather than a service fee. I am leaving this review so others are aware of this strict policy and how members are treated.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for the year you spent with us. We're glad the program brought you value during that time. We understand that missing a renewal date is frustrating and acknowledge the disappointment behind this review. Our memberships renew automatically, and we send a reminder seven days ahead so members have time to make changes before that happens. These renewal and membership terms are also confirmed at checkout and in the signed Member Agreement. We uphold those terms to ensure consistency and fairness for all members. We appreciate the time you spent with Primal Trust™ and sincerely wish you all the best moving forward.
