Absolutely lovely program that teaches you how to calm your nervous system. She somewhat gives you an overview of other people's methods that have collectively helped her. After many years of going from doctor to doctor, and even having been scammed by one in particular, for a LOT of money, I finally found a program in Primal Trust from Dr. Cat. At the time of this writing, it is just under $100/ month, and you can cancel at any time. You get LOTS of videos to watch on your own time, and you also get to interact with others who are going through what you are. This is not a gimmick to get you to take the next best supplement, or to get a machine, or any anxiolytics. This teaches you to teach yourself to recover from PTSD by healing your ANS.
