Luxury learning-real healing. I have been in healing spaces as a professional and dedicated seeker for almost two decades and hands down this program is what I recommend first for anyone who is seeking healing from trauma and/or is suffering from chronic health conditions. This program goes beyond teaching tools, how to calm down, and one faceted paradigms-it teaches you how to heal relationship-to yourself, your symptoms, and your life. Brilliantly formatted, comprehensive education with a vibrant community that you can join on the daily with live classes, pods ( study groups with seasoned members who have their own recovery journeys with Primal Trust), and non-facilitator led study groups-not to mention forums with moderators that go above and beyond and answers all questions with such wisdom and compassion. If you are reading this review, I encourage you to give it a try (you can always schedule a free discovery call with a Primal Trust ambassador). I feel pretty confident that even one month in the program will change how you are approaching your healing journey-and that will make a big difference! p.s I am blown way by what's offered here for $96 a month- programs that offer a small fraction of the education and support that this company provides require initial investments WAY above $96.

I deeply value Primal Trust. As a member, having access to so much support and community is invaluable. I see reviews saying it's expensive, but for what you get, it really isn't. You can watch the main course content any time you like. You can also attend a live class nearly every day, or access the recordings. For companionship and helping with consistency so you have others to practice with, the classes are amazing! Plus you can join a study group and get led through all the material at no extra cost. I used the tools and the overall awareness and mindset shift the content taught me to heal after 15 years with CFS. Highly recommend.

The extensive nature of the program-addressing so many things that impact us/ nervous system regulation, tending to unmet parts, old beliefs and thought and belief patterns. An extensive mentor program and community classes- and different levels based on needs and where one is in the transformation journey.

I highly recommend this program for anyone with chronic illness or a history of trauma!!! I feel like it gave me a second chance at life after being sick for 9 years and completely couch bound for almost 3 years. There are so many tools and resources available for the membership cost. It feels like they truly want to help you and not like a business. I’ve learned so much but will continue to review the information and learn because there is so much to learn. I’m so very very grateful to Primal Trust.

I absolutely love the Primal Trust program and genuinely believe it’s one of the best programs out there for nervous system healing. I completed Level 1 and learned so much about the nervous system in a way that was clear, practical, and easy to understand. Dr. Cat is incredible, she explains complex concepts in such an accessible way, and everything is structured so members can really integrate the information step by step. There are so many valuable tools in the program, and from what I’ve seen in the community, many people experience real improvements after following the program consistently. It’s not just theoretical,it’s very practical and supportive. The program has three levels, daily regulation calls, study groups, and a very active forum where you can ask questions and connect with others. The team is amazing. Many of the people hosting the calls have gone through their own health struggles and recovered through the program, so they bring a lot of empathy, passion, and lived experience to what they do. What I also love is the sense of community. There are always people ready to support you, answer questions, and share their experiences. As a GP, I’m personally learning so much from this program, and it has deepened my understanding of how important nervous system regulation is for healing. I’ve seen how much people can improve when their nervous system becomes more regulated, which is why I now recommend this program to my patients as well. I truly can’t recommend it enough, and I’m really excited to continue with Level 2 and 3.
