Hi there. Thank you for providing us feedback. I would like to point out that we don't allow tenants to leave trash at the facility. It has been our experience that the trash fills up and overflows with unwanted items that tenants decide they no longer want to store and don't want to take with them. This taxes our maintenance and makes it difficult to keep the facility clean for all, in addition to adding costs to our trash service. Not all of our units have lights, but some do. We don't provide electrical outlets because the units are designed and zoned/coded for storage, not any kind of working electrical appliances or equipment. Lastly, the closing time is not something we arrived at lightly. Over the years, we have determined that this is the most effective time for the property to close, as it allows our staff to effectively walk the property and ensure that all tenants have indeed exited the facility. This closing time presents the most secure time for all who store their belongings with us, as it keeps people off the property at night, thus ensuring a more secure facility. Hi Gary, Thank you for the feedback. It is true, we do not allow tenants to discard of trash at the facility. You'd be surprised how much some people had taken advantage of this, leaving trash and unwanted stored items everywhere on the property. We have to disallow this in order to maintain a clean facility that can be safely navigated by all. I know it's unfortunate. As for parking overnight, it is a similar scenario. The property could be overrun with vehicles that may or may not belong to tenants and we'd be open to potential abandoned vehicles. I am not suggesting you would do such a thing. It sounds like you're a business person. Many of our properties offer vehicle storage and we have many businesses that utilize this for their commercial vehicles. (Murphy Canyon Rd, Azusa, West LA at La Brea Avenue, Norco and Solana Beach all offer parking/vehicle storage.) Thank you again for sharing your experience. - Kelly M.
