Horrible customer service from…
Horrible customer service from supervisor inside. Didn’t want to honor online price and argues with customers instead of taking care of them

Unsatisfied with service
We walk to 4 storages...when I ask why we are not driving ...her reply was we only drive upstairs...I was discourage ...she never ask me if I didn't mind walking...it was a bad experience...I also mention I had renters insurance policy...she told me I could not use my policy. ...for the first month..

Leasing rep was a little rude regarding my concerns and could have been a bit more empathetic

your hours have forced me to move out…Terrible hours Close to early opens to late
your hours have forced me to move out that's ridiculous 7 to 7 get off of working and you can't even get to your storage to get your things or put your things away and then you open up too late can't get there to be on a job at 7 those are those are terrible hours you have! It's wrong when you can't access your belonging when you need them! Go to You haul Storage they have 24/7 storage hours! Price Storage is the Worse one I have ever been a tenant at!

We hate to see you go for this reason, and rest assured, it is never our intention to inconvenience our tenants. Over the years, we have concluded that our 7AM to 7PM access hours offer the best security for the property and that it is better for all tenants and their belongings if people are not allowed to access the property in the later evening hours or very early morning hours.

Within a couple of hrs realized I…
Within a couple of hrs realized I didn't need the storage space they wouldn't pro rate it do a just a day charged me $72 for a 5x5 locker
