they are so hard to unsubscribe from. I thought I had and then had an annual renewal fee of 160CAD after the free trial which didn't suite my needs at all. They would not refund me when I explained it was an accident. and I did confirm that I had unsubscribed after the fact but there were about 20 steps involve. Being dyslexic, I thought I had already completed all the steps and not seen the greyed out check box in one of the steps.

Scam Alert! They deducted the full year's payment after I canceled within a few hours, even though they have a 14-day free cancellation policy. Stay away.

Absolute scam! Luckily enough the bank stopped the payment and recognised it was a scam, do not shop!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Prezi. Despite reaching out for a refund request for a whopping 303 SGD, their response was impolite and rigid: "Based on our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon purchasing your Prezi license, we cannot provide a refund for this transaction. Please be advised that all decisions regarding refunds are final. Further correspondence on this matter will not result in a change to the decision." This curt reply shows no empathy or willingness to work with customers. Additionally, when I emailed them to suggest improving their policies to better inform and satisfy consumers, there was no acknowledgment or response. It’s clear that Prezi prioritizes its rigid policies over customer satisfaction. Their refusal to engage constructively and improve their processes shows a lack of care for their users. Not sure if their software is meant to solve consumer problems with such money first mindset. Recommendation: Think twice before using their services. The company’s poor customer service and "money-first" approach leave customers feeling unheard and dissatisfied.

Nachdem anmelden wollte ich die Ai testen, weshalb ich auch auf den testen Button geklickt habe. Daraufhin würden mir aber nur drei kostenpflichtige Pakete angezeigt. Sehr schlecht, kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es gibt viel bessere kostenlose ai Tools zu finden.

Absolute Frechheit!!! Nur jährliche Abos möglich. Da erstellst aufwendigst eine Präsentation und dann musst gleich ein Jahresabonnement abschließen sonst kannst gar nix Downloaden. Die verlorene Zeit werde ich über meinen Anwalt einfordern!!! Absolute Frechheit

Had a trial with Prezi and didn’t even notice it went ahead and charged me and renewed for an entire year. I quickly request cancellation and a refund as I didn’t even use it. They told me they would not give me a refund and that the decision was final. Terrible customer service and literally a scam. $90 for literally nothing. Update: They respond with: "were sorry you had that experience," and do nothing to fix it. That summarizes this company. Scam
