Generally a pretty good web host. Makes Wordpress fairly easy to use. Only gripe is that their description of the backstage and sandbox sites say they can synchronize with the live site with a push of a button. When you get into the help files, though, they say that the sites are pushed, not synched. Not the same thing.

Pricing change substantially from originally quoted proposal - Moved to your competitor providing similar services and server for less than 1/3 your proposed new price.

I love the higher tier support, sales and automattic team. The migrations team doesn't read the entire communications and creates a lot of hiccups along the way.

Irvin was very patient, helpful, understanding and really made the switch from my previous web host to this site very easy. He was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what was needed. His explanations were detailed and easy to follow, and when there was something that I didn't understand, he explained to in a way that made it easy to understand.

Thanks so much for sharing this! We’re so glad Irvin was able to make your switch smooth and stress-free. Taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel comfortable is exactly the kind of support we aim to provide. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him!

Great support and great tools. I would recommend however that you consolidate dashboards. As an Agency partner I have 3: Pressable, Jetpack and my Agency board. These should be one dashboard where I can get to anything I need.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the support and tools, and we completely understand the request for a more unified dashboard experience. We’ve shared the feedback with our product teams so we can make a better experience for our agencies.
