Hi Dave. While we appreciate you considering Pressable for your hosting, we feel the content of your review requires clarification. We do not believe we have earned this one-star review but we understand sometimes people do these sorts of things when frustrated. When you began encountering issues, we evaluated your site and found the source of your issues for you, identifying it to the specific code set and providing guidance on what to change. We even went out of support scope to provide a code example that could be implemented to fix the issue. You were rather aggressive with our team, but we remained steadfast in our attempts to assist you and help you get your site working. No "goalposts" were changed at any time. Our approach is to help address issues so a site can operate and scale properly, not throw unneeded resources at the site and ask customers to pay more when not needed. To this point, you stated that you refused to work on implementing the changes that we provided. We hope you find a solution for your hosting that serves your needs. We also hope you'll reconsider this review, as our team went above and beyond to help you. Thank you.
