Frustratingly slow admin interface. Confusing integration with Automattic for Agencies. Friendly support, but too often they misunderstand the technical details of the requests. Helpful APM insights and caching. However, the caching documentation and insights could be better.

I switched from Hostinger to pressable for speed and being a Wordpress specific host, however the benefit so far wasn’t enough to worth the move… let’s see with time if that changes…

Once I got through to a real human, a got an answer, but I was deeply frustrated by the kb answers with the chat. I eventually got an answer, but it wasn’t the one I wanted.
