Beware! Your billing could change at anytime!
I originally rated this company as 5 stars. I had been with the company for a couple of years and the customer service was excellent. It appears there may have been an in-house shuffle of employees and the customer service has got exceptionally worse. Billing changed without warning with additional add-ons for storage! I referred many clients to pressable! Their billing has changed as well with no warning. I have lost all trust in pressable! Beware! You may get scammed as well.

BEST WP host provides I've ever had in 10 years!
1. Their serve speeds are crazy fast! 2. All their backend products to manage their services are incredible! 3. I've had 4-5 WP host providers so far over the years and none of them can beat Pressables customer service! Hands down worth switching over! Anytime of the day, any problem, they are there within 30-120 seconds. 4. I would give 10 stars here if I could! 5. Shout out to Jess on their support team. Saved my ass more times than I can count! =)

Matt was amazing..Patient and beyond…
Matt was amazing..Patient and beyond super helpful...He connected my Godaddy domain to my staging website, which I struggled to do. He was nice enough to use my log in info and do it for me. Just awesome! He gave me a number of tutorial links also...Give this guy a promotion!!! He rocks!!!!

Pressable has provided reliable WordPress hosting and some of the best technical support I've ever received from any company. Things with your site can go wrong and it's impossible to prevent that 100% of the time.
