Amazing customer support that knows their stuff. Got all of my answers under 10 minutes, which was not the case with many other providers.

We recently made the switch to Pressable for hosting a number of our client and our own WordPress and WooCommerce sites. Initially, I was on the fence about moving from our previous host, but my experience with Pressable has been surprisingly positive, pushing us to migrate all our sites to their platform. What really stands out for me is the support team. Our previous host had set the bar high, yet Pressable's support team managed to exceed our expectations. Their smaller team size means you get to interact with familiar faces, which adds a personal touch. Each support agent we've dealt with knows their stuff inside out. Despite the team's size, they're quick on their feet, responding to inquiries in seconds. Being under the Automattic umbrella brings its own perks, considering they're the brains behind WordPress and WooCommerce. It feels reassuring to be that much closer to the source. The features Pressable offers are now essentials for us: database syncing, site copying, hack recovery, guaranteed uptime, and server failover. It's been a game-changer. Sure, there are a few minor features missing, but nothing we find ourselves missing on a daily basis. Pressable has simplified hosting for us. Our confidence in our sites running smoothly and staying up without problems have been reaffirmed. Since switching, our uptime alerts have been silent, a stark contrast to the frequent alerts from our previous host. A shoutout to Amanda from sales and Zach, head of support, is in order. Amanda made the decision-making process a breeze by listening to our needs, and Zach has provided the best and most friendly support I've encountered. The only challenge now is moving about 80 sites to Pressable, but thankfully, their migration tools are user-friendly, that makes it feel a bit less daunting

This company is outstanding. Never seen such a company that helps customers with everything. Normally a hosting company sends a copy-paste message and doesn't help. Pressable is one of the companies that help and fix things in some cases for you so you don't have to wait or do difficult tasks. I'm really happy with this company and host two of my concepts there. Im customer for 1,5 year now and still give 5 stars!

Reasonable UI. Good performance. No upcharge for multisite. Above-average tech support. Downside: very outdated login/security options: no requiring SSO and no passkeys/security keys. Separate shell accounts for each site.

The live chat support team are 100% engaged with me when I'm explaining issues. No stock or auto responses, just well thought out solutions immediately implemented.
