Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

Everyone that I have come into contact with either by e-mail or phone etc. Have been more then helpful and extremely understanding in regards to everything. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for guidance into a home purchase. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you..... I can't even say it enough!

I was very happy with all that were involved with working together to get our mortgage approved. Everyone was very helpful and explained all during the process. Thank you!

Chris and Wendy were so amazing to work with. I contacted Chris well over a year before our house hunting even began and he helped guide us every step of the way from giving us general information to really digging in and getting items corrected on our credit report. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Wendy was a joy to work with as well. She provided clear and easy step by step directions and made the underwriting process seamless and fast! I would recommend Premium to anyone looking to buy a home and if you can, request to work with Chris Lake and Wendy Coles!!

I had such a great experience with Courtney and Jeanie! My husband and I bought our home in September and they made the transaction SO easy! They let me know exactly what they were sending over to sign(LOVE online signing and not having to go to the office!). Jeanie's initial meeting was very informative and she gave us different options for our loan, downpayment examples, answered rate ?s etc....IT was PERFECT. Courtney answered emails at all hours...I didn't expect her to respond back after hours but was always pleasantly surprised when she did:) Thanks for an amazing job!!!

Everyone in the organization was very professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We would highly recommend them for your mortgage processing.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Real Easy Great Service , Easy to get a hold of and any questions i had were addressed right away,

Amy and her staff were very helpful and did a great job

I was told that I would be able to switch my loan over to them and was promised to be closed in 10 days as that was my deadline. That didn't happen obviously. Asked me for a lot more than the other bank did and didn't respond to emails or texts when questioning something. Also, I didn't even get the closing financials until a half hour before closing. I didn't even have time to review as I only had enough time to get to my bank to get a certified check and be at closing. I was actually 10 minutes late to the closing because of waiting on them.
