Paul Winterhault has never failed me. If my client didn't qualify for a mortgage now, Paul works with them till they do. If another company's pre-approval falls thru during mortgage process, Paul can generally make it work. Why go to anyone else?

Matt Secor from the Liverpool office is my go to guy. He's always available 7 days a week morning and night with anything I need. Try to find another company that works 7 days a week and will provide a pre-approval letter for your client, you won't. I recommend this company and Matt 100%

I have worked with Premium for quite a few years now. First and foremost because PAUL WINTERHALTER is there. I have been licensed for 28+ years and have always had a great experience working with him. His knowledge surpasses any other loan officer that I have worked with, I would trust him with all of my clients. If there is ever an issue that Paul cannot handle (office issues) then Darlene Williams is there to take charge and that she does! I have always had a great working relationship with Darlene Woodworth and Theresa Pera too. Kudo's to Premium for keeping my clients happy and getting them in to their new homes!

I find it unacceptable that if my client ( or my buyers agents client ) has all the necessary paperwork in long before the commitment is due no one reviews it until VERY shortly before the due date. Clients who believe that everything is in order are surprised and more then a little annoyed when they have to scramble to clear up an issue that could have been addressed weeks earlier. I have questioned this and been told that the buyers are placed in a que based on the commitment date in the contract and there is nothing that can or will be done about it. It had cost you folks more then a few deals from my team.
