I haven't shopped for kitchen appliances in years so I thought I'd go online with COVID and all. First, I was very skeptical buying online from a brand (ZLINE) I didn't know and a website (Premium). I called ZLINE directly and they told me that Premium is one of their top dealers. When I called to Premium, Vanessa (I think that was her name) picked up and was very friendly. I didn't know that I needed 220V plug for my 48 ZLINE Range so I was glad she pointed that out. Also - I needed to delay delivery and these people do that too! All in all, I've had the ZLINE 48 Range for a 2 months now and I am impressed with the speed of the burners and crisp look of the range. I get a compliments all the time from friends. A+ all around thanks

5 Star+ Customer Service and Delivery. I recently was in the market for a full kitchen suite (oven, vent hood, dishwasher, fridge) and after days of browsing, found Premium Home Source. As a first-time home owner, I had a LOT of questions and when I called in, Maria was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Delivery only took a few days and the items came damage free. I placed an order for several Zline appliances on this website. Order was confirmed and fulfilled in a timely way, except for one item-- which they informed me was on backorder with an expected shipping date, and the option to retain the order or cancel. I retained the order and they delivered as expected. NO problems whatsoever, and the BEST prices anywhere. I wish I could say the same for other on-line orders!
