Bought a ZLINE Package with Premium Home Source and I must say, it was a stellar shopping experience. Since ZLINE sells in a few locations, first went to Home Depot but no one picked up the phone or answered the chat. I opted to go with the Gold Range and Refrigerator and Alex from Premium sent me a sample of the gold color, free of charge that came in 2 days. I live in the middle of nowhere so it was nice to see they had shipping ppl to send here haha. The fridge itself has a large capacity with a really cold icemaker to keep my kids happy during the summer!

I absolutely love my new 48 inch gas Z line range and custom hood! It’s the Cadillac of the ranges!! It came in perfect condition and really quickly!

We purchased the ZLINE 48" range with black Matte doors and durasnow body just about 1 year ago. The pandemic cause a long shipping delay, along with a little confusion as to which products were actually available to ship and which were backordered. In the end we got our new range, and have been enjoying it greatly for just about a year. No complaints at all with this beauty. It is what it is, a mid priced range with a large and small oven, six burners and a reversible cast iron griddle/grill. The large oven has a convection bake option which is great for baking. the small oven is fantastic for smaller size meals or extra oven space when needed. I love the heavy grates over the burners up top, as I am always moving large canning pots, saute pans etc around, it is very durable. If there were anything to say about them is that they seem hard to keep looking tip top because of the finish on them, it is rough, and collects lint etc. otherwise perfect. The folks at Premium Home Source were very patient with us even when we were not patient with them. ( slow response due to Pandemic, which was totally not their fault) We also ordered the 48" hood, as it was part of a package. This came to us first, it is fantastic, although a bit loud, not too bad though, if noise bothers you get the one with the external fan...looking back, we would have, had we known there was such a thing. I am pleased enough with ZLINE and PHS that we will definitely keep them in our plans with future appliance needs. The prices are good, and the company is good to deal with.

I bought the full Thor Kitchen LRG4807U package from these guys. Very impressed! First, the customer service was amazing – I called in and they made sure I was getting the correct model (I wanted full gas not electric oven). I knew there was supply issues in the appliance industry so I bought ahead of time! Premium Home Source was really great at communicating the ETA of the appliances. I got them to send me the range, range hood, and dishwasher first in one shipment and then the rest later once they came back in stock. I was really pleased with delivery – everything came very well packaged and secured with straps. The appliances work fantastic – you can tell that everything is heavy duty and has a real “luxury” feeling in the kitchen. Overall, couldn’t be happier – I would highly recommend going with Thor and especially dealing with Premium Home Source – I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends!

Best online shopping expereince I've ever had! Just renovated my entire kitchen and got the full ZLINE 4 piece appliance package from them. I decided to buy from Premium Home Source because of their product knowledge and amazing customer expereince. The pricing is also unbeleivable - a similar Viking package is about $20k. Why would anyone buy Viking over ZLINE?!?!? I've been using my appliances for the last 3 months - we have a family of 7 and the range is extremely durable - we cook every single night together. I've already received several compliments from my neighbours!! Could not be happier. Thank you Premium Home Source!!!

Best Black Friday Deals Online. I know a lot of companies start their Black Friday Deals on November 1 so I went on the major appliance online stores. I ordered the ZLINE Range and Dishwasher on November 1 and it has already delivered.... FREE OF DAMAGE! I was really hoping to cook (guilt-free of paying a hefty price) on a new range for Thanksgiving. I plan on ordering a vent hood next and Premium Home Source will be the first and only place I look. Thanks to the Concierge team for replying to my shipping questions!
