It was so easy to shop for my new appliances at Premium Home Source. Their chat support answered all my questions and helped put together a custom package for me. The shipment was extremely fast – we got everything in under 1 week which is unheard of these days with all the delays! The appliances are absolutely beautiful!! We’ve had nothing but the absolute best experience shopping here! I would highly recommend shopping at this store for your major appliances. We’ll be back for an outdoor grill set in the summer!

Incredible customer service!! I was able to find the perfect appliance package for my new home. Premium Home Source was so helpful in the selection (even though I asked a million questions!!). The appliances are perfect and came super fast. They told me to expect some shipping delays but we were grateful to receive everything within he 2 week timeframe they provided. We’ve been using the new appliances for a few weeks now and I can safely say they are just as advertises. Thank you again!!!

AMAZING customer support!! They helped me find the perfect appliance package and I received it in record time – 3 business days from order date to arrival at my house! I’m blown away by how fast the shipping was because every other retailer told me 3-4 weeks MINIMUM. The appliances are incredible – everything was packaged very well and easy to install! We fired up the stove this weekend to give it a test ride and we were impressed!! I am so happy with this purchase I wanted to share my review so others would be comfortable shopping here! Thank you Premium Home Source!

Great company! Appliances arrived very quickly. I had a few questions with the appliances and Alex resolved them without hesitation.

Love love love love my shopping experience at Premium Home Source. Amazing customer service! They helped me choose the perfect zline appliance package for my home. The gold trim autograph edition is INCREDIBLE – I’ve never seen anything like it before!! I’m so happy how everything turned out I want to spread the word to everyone I know. This has been my dream to get this kitchen – I’m so happy I could cry!!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you a million times over PHS!

Great sales team! They helped me find the right package for me after speaking with their live chat team. Very informative – you can tell they sell a lot of these products because they knew every little question I had. We just finally installed our appliances after a few weeks of them sitting in the garage and we’re extremely happy with how everything worked out. I would highly recommend Premium Home Source for any major appliance purchase!

Overall amazing shopping experience. The customer service was great, the product selection was phenomenal and the shipping was fast and easy! We went with the all black zline autograph series with champagne bronze trim – splurged on the matching hood as well! Overall, I would highly recommend this store if you’re doing a new kitchen remodel. Very happy customer!

I bought my entire Thor appliance set from Premium Home Source. So happy with how everything turned out! We installed all of the appliances and just waiting on the microwave drawer to arrive (it was on back order when we ordered). The service to get me choose these appliances was fantastic, the shipping was fast and easy, and the quality of the products was top notch. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to ship for your major kitchen appliances other than Premium Home Source! I’ve already recommended them to a few close family and friends. I'm going to come back to ourder the outdoor appliance set closer to the summer.
