From Premium Home Source, I recently purchased a refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier. I have plenty of room in the refrigerator to store all of my food, including larger stuff. Thanks to the precise temperature control, which I can simply modify with the aid of the movable shelves, my food is always safe to consume and remains fresh. The refrigerator was delivered without a hitch and in excellent condition. The modern style looks wonderful in my kitchen. I wholeheartedly advise anyone looking for dependable and high-quality equipment to buy a refrigerator from Premium Home Source.

First of all my purchasing experience with Premium Home Source has been great. I purchased a Mr. Cool Minisplit system to install in my 250 year old house. (beats the pants off of the $100-$600 in window units I was replacing each year or the insane quotes from local HVAC companys). Shipping was fast as advertised and they have competitive pricing. As I was working on the install I needed to purchase additional linesets. I foolishly ordered couplers of the wrong size that would have been incompatible with my system. Rather than just shipping me the wrong parts and allowing me to be a victim of my own stupidity, these guys held my order and asked me if I was sure I knew what I was buying even showing me the parts I should have selected. On the 4th of July no less! Try that with Amazon! Saved me a bunch of time and the hassle of an exchange, all because they went the extra mile and know the products they sell. Don't let them tell you customer service is dead, it's alive and well at Premium Home Source.

We bought a Forno package for our brand new kitchen and we LOVE them! The price was much much lower than other appliances brands we looked at and the quality is fantastic. The delivery team at PHS was outstanding – handled everything with care and was super easy to coordinate delivery dates and times. I’m very happy we bought this package through PHS – we had a very easy online shopping experience! I would highly recommend!

I’m in love with my order it came super on time I was impressed, my package came well protected and what can I say about costumer service they are SIMPLY THE BEST

I just bought a MRCOOL system from Premium Home Source and we’re so happy with out choice! Saved thousands upon thousands of dollars rather than going to our local HVAC company. The MRCOOL systems are DIY which means their lines are all pre-charged and easy to connect. I called in to the sales team and they educated me on the benefits of the system. I cut my costs about 70% going with this system over the one that wasn’t pre-charged due to the high installation costs. Thank you Premium Home Source for saving me so much Money!!

I bought my entire zline appliance package from Premium Home Source. They not only had the best price online but they also knew exactly what they were talking about when I called in with questions. They helped me put together the perfect package based on my specific requirements (had some sizing issues with the range hood). Overall, I’m extremely happy I went through PHS to get all my appliances – I couldn’t imagine a better experience elsewhere! I would recommend to all my family and friends!

Love the products and even better service! The online chat was very helpful in helping me make my selection. The shipping was incredibly fast and everything was packaged perfectly! Thank you Premium Home Source for helping me find the perfect kitchen appliance package! Very happy with my experience and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for similar appliances!

Very very very happy with my new appliances!! Thank you Premium Home Source! I talked with Johna on the phone and she put together a package quote for me with everything I needed. Super helpful sales staff! I’ve never bought appliances online before but this was such an easy shopping experience that I’ll be coming back for more this summer!
