Premium Home SourceReviews of premiumhomesource.com

I'm thrilled with the Big Ass Fans Haiku L 52" Ceiling Fan from Premium Home Source, and their customer service is truly exceptional. From the moment I inquired about the product to post-purchase assistance, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Kudos to Premium Home Source for delivering not just a great product, but also outstanding customer support. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with the MRCOOL system. The DIY installation was a breeze, and the savings were substantial. If you're even a little handy, this is the way to go for a comfortable home.

The DIY aspect of the MRCOOL system lives up to its promise. We followed the instructions and had it up and running in no time, saving thousands in HVAC technician fees. A smart choice for the DIY enthusiast!

The experience with Premium Home Source has been unlike anything else we’ve had when shopping online. They took the time to understand our kitchen design and suggest the right products for our needs. We ended up going with a brand new Thor appliance package and a range hood insert for our custom wooden hood. Originally I was going to just cover the wall mount hood but PHS suggested the insert and it would be more concealed and easier to install. My contractor didn’t even know that product existed! All of the appliances are beautiful and shipping and installation could not have been smoother. We had a few questions and called PHS and they were able to quickly clear things up! I would highly recommend shopping for your new appliances at PHS - they make things easy and stand behind their products!

Awesome retailer of luxury appliances! We did a full remodel of our kitchen and purchased all of our appliances from PHS. They guided me every step of the way and we were able to select the perfect set of appliances that match our kitchen specs. We especially love the range - we went with the zline 48 inch stove with the champagne bronze trim. It’s such a unique piece in our kitchen and I love the color!! Overall a great experience and we would gladly purchase from PHS again!

We selected PHS for our kitchen renovation because they had the best prices available - also everything was delivered super fast and ahead of schedule. We’ve hosted a number of relatives at our home and they all ask the same question “where do you get these beautiful appliances??” , we’ve now recommended PHS to about 8-10 people who have also purchased their appliances here - everyone has the same amazing experience so I’m sure you will too! Very happy with how everything turned out and we’ll be back next summer when we re-do the guest house!

We recently purchased an entire new Thor kitchen suite and we’re so happy with our new appliances!! We cook almost every single night so we’ve gotten some good use out of every single appliance in our package. There were so many options when I was first shopping around but Premium Home Source did such a good job of being patient with me and helping narrow things down. The shipping was incredibly fast - they gave me an estimate of 1-2 weeks but it ended up coming in 3 days which we were super thrilled about!! I heard nightmare stories about appliances being delayed but PHS had all the inventory of what we needed and ships so fast!! Our neighbor is also doing their kitchen renovations and we recommended PHS - I can’t say enough great things about how smooth everything went!
