We had to be patient as the unit was on back order, still faster than ordering from a brick & mortar place. It came well packaged and delivered right to my kitchen. Installation was easy to do myself. Very powerful, elegant range and hood. It will be moving with us should we ever move.

So firstly - great pricing for my premium product, hence why I went to PHS and based on review of internet reviews. That's the good. Delivery was also quick given the product was on back order - so also good. Product arrived damaged - not so good for a premium brand and an expensive product. However, Customer Service (Wendy) resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. So overall a 4/5. Sometimes a company shows its worth when things do go wrong!

Thanks for your honest feedback and I am truly sorry about the damaged item. We hate for this to happen but I am glad Wendy was able to resolve the issue quickly. If there is anything else we can help with, please call or email us!

As for the ordering from Home Source was fairly easy however their operators were hard to understand. The biggest issue is that they use a third-rate carrier (TForce) for their shipments (must be why shipping was free) My items have been sitting for 11 days now at the TForce terminal I have spoken with them several times and have scheduled delivers and waited just for the company to be a no show. Now I have to drive 4 hours round trip to their hub to make the pick-up myself unless I want to wait another 7 days to see if they are going to bring it. I have emailed Home Source 4 times now about the issue with only one response and that response was "have you contacted the carrier"? I would steer clear of Home Source for the simple fact of the carrier that they choose to do business with. If you google TForce you will find a multitude of complaints on their service. You cannot tell me that Home Source is not aware of this. UPDATE: I have been contacted by Premium Home Source they have advised me that they are not in charge of deciding who the carrier is that this is decided by the manufacture of the company of the unit. Premium Home Source has stepped up and offered me a $300.00 credit back for all of my inconvenience so KUDOS to Premium Home Source for trying to take care of their customers.

I am so pleased with my Zline range. It's beautiful and works like a dream. Company delivered on time. But, we had to transfer from driveway to house. Its ok though. Yes i recommend this company for price and customer service. Thanks Premium Home. Marilyn
