My experience was awesome. Everything arrived together l I had one broken piece notified the company and they got me a new on right away.

Alex was very patient and took as much time as I needed to get all of my questions answered. He listened to all of my concerns and issues and I feel very satisfied at this unit is going to work out quite well.

Products are really good and also got the best service from the staff.

Fantastic Overall Experience! Premium Home Source has provided excellent customer service from the time I placed the order to after the delivery. My delivery date had to move around and they accommodated. Online experience has always been great with customer rep always available online to chat and answer any questions. They are prompt in responding emails. Great price on appliances and great customer service! What more can you ask for?

The product was easy to install by myself once I got the electrical work done professionally. It is also extremely easy to operate, and it works perfectly to cool and warm my patio.
