The honeymoon phase is still great. We've been here 1.5 months and the entire staff is awesome. The building is A+ and parking is perfect. Looking forward to a long relationship with Premier.

I have been very pleased with my office and the staff. Robin Riley and her team have been wonderful. My only concern is the lobby. The extensive use of marble and the glass chandeliers gives it a cold feeling. My clients have commented negatively on the ambience. I think if you added plants and trees it would sufficiently warm the atmosphere to make it feel more welcoming.

More so than any other office manager I've see in executive suite space, Jake does a phenomenal job proactively reaching out to us about our space needs as we grow and coordinating with different clients, who often have competing interests.

If I can give this a '0' star I definitely would. The administration staff here is extremely rude. This is very important because they are the first point of contact that your clients or customers will first encounter. They must check in with them before going to your suite. They are condescending and rude with no apparent reason. You can be as nice to them as you can but they still will treat you like you work for them. They do not realize that without the clients they would not be in business. I am not just referring to them not smiling or giving good customer service, because they do not. I am referring to them being rude to your clients and not caring if you lose business because of them. They also are VERY VERY rude to you. They roll their eyes, ignore you and act like you are bothering them. Keep in mind that you must see them often to get your mail, use the copy room and use their administration services, which you will because they are included in your lease. Do not bother bringing it up to the attention of the supervisor because she will make you feel like she will take care of it but does not and it continues happening and it actually gets worse. We are not talking a little bit rude but extremely rude to your clients and customers and to you. If I didnt have a lease here I would have moved. As soon as my lease is up I will be moving. If someone at Premiere is reading this, please do something about your staff. This is completely unacceptable. Good luck on finding a different location to do business. We have been tenants for over a year and it's been a great experience for us. The location is really convenient as it is right near the 405 Freeway. The staff are always here to assist you and make sure every little issue is promptly addressed. We were expanding and needed additional space - the management was only eager to help and accommodate us. The IT people are also very knowledgeable and assisted us to quickly resolve our technical problems. The management is good at selecting the right tenants for the location as well. Everything is new here, it is kept clean, professionally looking and quiet. This is a very enjoyable place to conduct business.

This is a perfect situation for my business. Overall the office is nice, the only exception is there is a constant odor in the reception area due to a cafeteria next door. I wish they could do something about this since I have clients meet me there and it is distracting.

The office is very close to my house and is very nice.
