Excellent location, friendly staff and great facilities

I moved into the downtown Honolulu space on the first of May, and couldn't be more pleased. Great move-in experience; extremely helpful staff (Steve, Courtney and Bertie!); fantastic office-view, and convenient location for me and my clients. A first class facility and staff.

I met with Rocio not knowing what to expect then was very pleasantly surprised with truly fantastic, courteous and professional service. The facility is very well maintained. I look forward to coming here each day. I rate it a 10

I moved into the suite recently and had various issues common to new tenants. The local management has been most helpful and responsive to all our needs. Premier is very professional, welcoming and delightful to work with at all times.

This is a great place to lease an office. Nice office park. Very professional. High Speed Internet is top notch. Your clients will be impressed. Faye, Cindy and the team go out of their way to ensure you have all you need for a friendly, professional environment. I highly recommend.

The staff is professional, courteous, and responsive to any concerns brought to your attention. The building is always clean. I am happy here.

My only problem with the Premier Centers is that the walls are very thin, so that you get to know your neighbor's business. The good news is that the staff are endlessly cooperative and cheerful, always willing to help.

The people (staff and cliebts alike) at the Howard Hughes are top notch!!! Especially Jose, the office manager!!! Great lication, space and proces. The other renters refer clients to each other and it is a great work environment!!
