Premiere Business Centers has been very professional, kind and accommodating, always there for me when I need anything. They know how to hire genuine, caring staff who go out of their way to make your experience leasing an office from them always very pleasant, and always very professional. It's great to know I can work independently and simultaneously have their support available, and in a beautiful office environment. Their new office in Santa Monica is absolutely gorgeous with views of the ocean, mountains and the city. Also it's a great group of people that work here as well.

Very well-managed business suites, with a very friendly reception front desk. Highly recommended for small business who aim to provide their clients a personal touch!

The extras should be reviewed; $99 for Internet is a bit pricey, especially for small firms with 1 person!!

I needed a small office for a project for 6 weeks. They are flexible, the cost was reasonable, well trained efficient staff, good offices in a great location. The building is well cared, fast efficient elevators that you never wait. For new tenants, parking might be an issue since parking within the building is full, and you have to find something outside. After some trial and failure, I settled with Beverly Hills public parking for extended services for evening-night times and weekends/holidays, as other business buildings closes, and you have to have the key, code or something to open the gate, to get to the garage. Public parkings are open all the time for shoppers and diners. The only negative for me was the air conditioning; the office was too cold, and the maintenance could not adjust it.
