The Camp is second to none. Very well versed in the world of heath and education coupled with caring leadership is a can't miss opportunity. Doesn't hurt it's located in a world class facility in a beautiful part of the county. Bottom line, if you're looking for a full service experience that embraces all spheres of health, physical, mental, and nutritional, balanced together with tools you can integrate into an everyday lifestyle, this can do it. Long term lifestyle satisfaction and happiness appears to be the goal, a goal they accomplish. Hats off to people who work to improve the lives of others.Won't find better.

It has been a few years, but my recollection is less than positive. The exercise classes were terrific with a big variety of activities. The lectures were generally horrible with misinformation especially by the staff "nutritionist"--not evidence based by any stretch. The excerise coaches gave the same bs talk 3 times during my 2 week stay--it seemed to me they were too lazy to prepare a useful talk. The food was medicore at best with no options.

You simply cannot beat the location and the Five Star rating really belongs to the trainers. They are, hands down, the best in the business. My only regret is that I only had one week at Premier. 10/10 would go back.

great experience! First class program with First class trainers and coaches. And I lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for more than 3 years now.
