I loved the week I spent with PFC. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

I have been home for almost a month since attending PFC and I still don't have the words to properly express how much this place means to me!! I am a college student who found the freshman 15 to look a little bit more like the freshman 40 and needed a place to go and figure out how to make some adjustments to my lifestyle. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and I have tried every diet and workout plan known to man. But there is just something about this place!! From the moment I stepped through those doors, I felt encouraged, understood, and MOTIVATED. The trainers are unlike any other and I never felt uncomfortable or judged by anyone at PFC (which when you're overweight becomes your expectation of any fitness facility). Their compassion and drive to help lift you out of whatever situation you have gotten yourself into is astounding. Since I have been home I have continued the progress I made at camp. I have lost inches and pounds like I never knew I would be able to do on my own. Their program is doable and I am forever grateful for the people at PFC who invested in my future and taught me how to workout and have fun at the same time!! I stayed at PFC for 6 weeks and lost 22lbs and 15 inches. To say this place changed my life is an understatement. I will be back again and again!!

Great place to work out and hit it hardcore. Meet wonder folks from all over and develop lifetime relationships. Accommodations are good and location is great.

PFC has forever changed my life through weight-loss transformation and through their guidance and coaching I am forever grateful that they have a program like this so if you want lose feel great and get in shape then go to PFC because the staff is unbelievable the services that they provide is priceless and if you go there you’ll see what I mean Thank you PFC family

Wonderful staff that gets to know your fitness goals and assists In making sure you get there. PFC takes utmost care in providing excellent accommodations as well as delicious gourmet meals. Would go back any time!

The work outs were tuff but you could proceed at your best ability.
