Premier Fitness Camp is the absolute BEST! Gorgeous location and an AMAZING staff that really care! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!!

Well structured program. Exceptional staff. If you are looking to improve your physical fitness, change your daily habits and learn how to properly fuel your body this is the place for you.

The trainers are awesome and very knowledgable and personable. The resort is gorgeous. Understanding how to food prep using normal ingredients and recipes is a value add. Also the education you get from the blood-work they do. It helps you understand what your target levels are supposed to be. The variety of exercise routines keeps things interesting, especially the off resort workouts. The head trainer Renee is great with constantly emphasizing proper form and having you focus on what muscle(s) you're working. Big Fan of PFC!

PFC is amazing!! The things I learned and the environment I learned them in at PFC couldn’t have been any better. Everything was amazing from the chef to the coaches to the housing. I love PFC and would not hesitate going back or recommending it to anyone!!

I owe my life to Premier Fitness Camp. 420 is a symbolic number to many, to me the number is symbolic because it was my weight. Premier Fitness helped me carve it down, way down! They not only taught me how to eat correctly, they provided me with the desire to want to eat correctly. That is what I really needed the most. Eating correctly was 80% of the battle against the dreaded 420 .....which is now 280. I still have a ways to go. But getting to my goal weight is no longer a dream. It is happening.
