not as good as last time but great experience
great experience , not as good as last time though. I would make the food a little easier for the average person to prep at home and although it's delicious it is very hard for most people to prep and eat like that in a busy day. Show us what to do quickly with a piece of grilled chicken etc.. also more cardio and push us harder. No trainer really pushed me to my limit this time.. it was more learning, and some moves were way to complicated for the average person.. way to much resistance training this time. Being stuck in a gym I can do at home. I want to burn calories and lose weight..make us run , stairs etc .. maybe 1 or 2 resistance training sessions for the week.. the rest should be burning calories and cardio to our max.. just my opinion
