This place has completely transformed my life for the better. I was on a road to nowhere fast before I found PFC. After meeting the trainers and staff and being here for one month out of my 6 month stay here, I’m happy to say I’m a completely different person from the one I used to be. Special thanks to Renee, Christian, Megan, Brian, Sarah, Katie and Dara for being there for me and helping me get into my peak mental and physical shape! I sincerely owe my entire healthy life to you guys.

Premier Fitness Camp is without a doubt the best Lifestyle change program I have ever been to! You learn or remind yourself how to eat, think and move to better yourself in a majestic and safe environment!! I left PFC with realistic goals, the tools to achieve them, the attitude to reach them and most importantly a wonderful support network. My first time at any type of camp. I had no idea what to expect. Staff and trainers were amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate all the campers with regards to technique, modifications and preparing to go home with a plan. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous trainers, great dietician and behavior therapists and rest of staff. Meals presented beautifully and very good. Attitudes of everyone very positive. Hate to leave. I want to do again.

I loved the four weeks I have spent at PFC. No other work out program or personal training service has ever broken down the ways to train my body in the comprehensive and easy to understand way that this program has. They feature a wide variety of activities such as hiking, boxing, interval training, spin and yoga. Every single trainer I worked with was always patient and knowledgable. They make sure to push you, but ensure you don't push too far and listen to your body. The nutrition program really focuses on re-training your diet to ensure a balanced plate and portion control. Over all my experience at PFC was an incredibly positive one and I can confidently say that it is a life changing experience.

While my stay here is not over, I have made tremendous progress in my journey. After the first week, I immediately started to notice a change in my mentality, and felt much more positive and energetic than I have in years. With every workout, I found the trainers becoming more and more supportive, and allowing me to push beyond all my limits constantly. The food is top notch, and I will certainly be using these recipes when I get home. I’ve made friends here, whom now I’d even consider to be family. I hope that my last week here gives me the push I need to continue this journey on my own and with my friends at home.

I only intended to stay two weeks. I have fibromyalgia and have tried two other fitness camps. In the past I felt shamed because I couldn't “do it all”. At PCF each modality can be modified for what you can do. Never felt shamed. The trainers, chefs, and behavioral health workers - actually the whole team is amazing! I stayed four weeks and can say I am continuing with the program at home and will be successful at reaching my goal! Tabata!!!
