Best decision I’ve made to invest in myself & attend PFC camp. Great experience, awesome people from trainers, chefs, staff, & campers. I’m well on my way to overall health!!! Got my toolbox full of tools & back home trying to put everything I learned to use!

PFC was a great choice to recharge my batteries and challenge myself. Staff are knowledgeable, energetic, supportive and FUN! Trainers do a super job creating a variety of exercise options which are helpful when developing a plan for home. Participants welcome and support each other from Day 1. The food is fantastic and filling- I was never hungry. Yes, I did lose weight and gain muscle! I took advantage of the physical therapist who evaluated my chronic neck problem, provided recommendations specific to my needs and hands on therapy which felt so good- she is amazing! I'm thankful to all the staff for their efforts in providing me the guidance I needed to accomplish my goals. Awesome experience!

Great kickstart to a fitness program. The trainers are excellent. Although it is not a vacation. This is a serious and challenging workout program. Everyone is served the same food which can be repetitive after a week especially if you have any food restrictions. You will be charged extra by the hour for any individualized programs or services, ie, a diet plan when you return home, any counseling sessions, etc. You will make lifelong friends at this camp and receive plenty of love and support from the staff as well as the other campers. All ages, all weight ranges and fitness levels of campers attended the 3 weeks I was there so anyone will fit in.

This is good. You can add better water exercises and also massage facility till 7pm.

I was impressed from the beginning and continued to be throughout the week. Everything from exercise sessions, meals, lectures and new friendships made this an unforgettable experience. Definitely wish I was staying another week, but I plan on making some life changes from what I've learned here. Very grateful for the staff, program, and fellow "campers".
