PFC is truly an impressive and RESULTS proven program. I loved the entire schedule and how flexible I was able to make it for myself, in both the schedule I followed and my own fitness level. The food was delicious and I felt full and satisfied the whole time. I got great results and couldn't be happier. The resort was also beautiful and cozy. I will be back!

Wow! I had to do something. I was inching upwards on the scale, didn't exercise, and wasn't motivated either. I found myself saying is this all there is? I had to make a change. PFC was the perfect solution for me. I was met with highly professional trainers, a dietician, a behavior therapist, and top notch chefs to help me change my habits, and life. I had a phenomenal experience. I can't thank PFC staff enough for giving me the tools to change my life for the better.

I had a great time at PFC. Everyone (staff and campers) was warm and supporting. I learned about cooking and eating healthier, my mental triggers with food and , of course, how to use all my muscles. I definitely want to return.. maybe for two weeks? Next time, I would stay in the condos. Know the hotel is out of your control, but room was just OK. Needs to be redone.

I personally got used to think that nowadays, for those people who are fond of training, nutrition plays a big role. It doesn't matter how much experience do you have in exercising and working out. The matter is to set up meal regime as soon as you had started to exercise. To my mind, people should thoroughly choose nutrition in order to reach the goals which they have set. Hence, I would recommend this shop for purchasing here nutrition and I bet you will be delighted with this service.

First of all, the staff at PFC are beyond awesome!! I am 77 years old with bad knees and the trainers helped me get though all the exercises to the best of my ability. When I couldn't get down on the yoga mat one of them was there with a table so that I didn't miss any movementl Even though we had a big group, I felt like I had my own personal trainer by my side. The program is conducive to meeting new people and supporting each other. The food was excellent - I was never hungry and the kitchen staff were friendly and gave me many tips on heathier cooking that I have brought home with me (after a stop at Sprouts market of course). I was very disappointed in the weight loss of only 1.2 pounds at the weigh in but all items in my blood work improved and when I weighed myself this morning, I am down 4 pounds from the weight that I was at before I left for camp. I only wish I had gone to camp 10 years ago I only have one suggestion for improvement - The hour lecture on what exercises work on which muscles contained too much information and was given very quickly - too fast to take notes. It would have helped me a great deal if that information was given earlier in the week. It also should be in the book with pictures of how it is done. The book seems to be more theory and philosophy than specific instructions.

Combination of challenges, nurturing, wisdom, camaraderie in a glorious setting with top notch professionals and delightful campers. An investment in one’s health and a gift that will keep on giving. Can’t say enough about PFC.

The experience of PFC has been transforming - physically and mentally. I have done things I have not been able to do in decades. My melancholy days over the past year have changed to days of hope and a willingness to better myself. I am no longer stuck in life. I am amazed at how nutrition and exercise impacts my mental health. I knew there was a direct correlation to physical health, but not mental health. I came here with minimal value of my life. I leave here wanting to live. My four weeks at PFC has saved my life.
