i wanted to purchase a whole house…
i wanted to purchase a whole house replacement cartridge (AP810) and my mistake i ordered a AP110. I called to see if i could get this swapped out and was told that it would not pay to return the ap 110 so i end up with two cartridges that i cannot use for 30$. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Hi Tom, Mistakes happen (we know this!) and my colleague Tony made every attempt to work things out with you. We want happy customers :) Since you wanted the AP810 replacement filter, we said for you to just keep the AP110 filters (no use making the shipping companies any richer, right?), but you were unwilling to pay the price difference between the two products (you ordered a lesser priced item...the AP810 costs more) and the shipping to get the new product to you. I'm sure most folks would see that as fair. It really upsets us when customers are unhappy, and the offer stands if you'd like to get the AP810 instead.
