Company responsiveness and assistance has been fantastic. My recommendation for improvement would be to develop (or insist on from your suppliers) better documentation on filtration system installation and maintenance procedures.

I still don't understand why there are…
I still don't understand why there are air bubbles in the water line. Other than that everything went as promised.

Hi Nelson, I have emailed you directly too - to get rid of air bubbles in the water line, run the water for a few minutes. This will flush out the air bubbles and you’ll be air-bubble free. I have received the product ordered
I have received the product ordered. I am excited about the water filtration/alkalinizing system. It still needs installed. I did leave a message for a return call, which I have not received. It was communicated that a return call could take awhile, however I would have expected it by now.

Very satisfied!
Product was packed well and arrived in a timely order - product seems high quality - no complaints! Except that I had to pay for shipping, but for the weight of the package, the shipping cost wasn’t that bad! Also, they gave an order confirmation and a shipment/tracking email, which is so helpful!
