Customer service is absolutely horrible…
Customer service is absolutely horrible nobody calls you back no email confirmations I’m still waiting to hear when my product will ship it’s been over a week.

We want happy customers and take the time and effort to make sure we deliver a great experience for everyone. Our system automatically sends two emails: an order confirmation, and a shipment confirmation including the UPS tracking number. I have verified that both these emails were sent to you – perhaps they ended up in your spam/junk folder? After reviewing our records, Tony had multiple phone calls with you, and left multiple messages other times. When you emailed regarding the shipping date, within 90 minutes Tony provided it on 11/21. I hope you can see that we do our very best to deliver great customer service and communication through every step of the process. Tracking was a little difficult but I got my filter in a about a week from 10 miles away. The price was actually good and it worked well

But most importantly was that when I was originally describing my needs, the customer service person was able to help me with what I needed and the filter and filtration system has made all the difference in the quality of our well water.
