Never received my order
I made an order over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I have reached out for support multiple times and received no response. After the first inquiry I had a tracking number show up in my UPS account but it still indicates the package has not been picked up and it has been 2.5 weeks.

Made an online order for a few bottles of orphan barrel, which isn’t easy to find. You’re paying retail pricing obviously, but it’s a retail store so to be expected. Shipping was fast from NY to FL, packaging was great. I would happily order again.

First time using Preet's Barrel
First time using Preet's Barrel. Signed in, received a free shipping code for the first order. Found a hard-to-find bottle of Hudson Baby Bourbon at a fair price. Check out was quick and easy using Shop. Received bottle quickly. Would have easily been a "5" but I was charged shipping, even though I had the code. Tried to get it resolved but couldn't get a response. I am sure this was an oversight and that customer service is normally great.

I received the 3 bottles I ordered with…
I received the 3 bottles I ordered with 2 out of 3 in excellent condition. The Eagle Rare and Wellers Special Reserve were perfect. I noticed some moisture inside the packaging with a smell of alcohol. The Blanton's however had the top wrapped in plastic wrap and fragile tape. There was a lot of tape. I'm sure without it the entire bottle would've been lost. After I removed all the tape and plastic wrap noticed the seal was broken and some of the bourbon definitely had spilled. I won't judge from one single experience. The prices and selection were great. However I'd rather not have a similar experience next time.
