They were somehow responsive but the bottle arrived without the seal, not in the original box of the whiskey which is okay but without the seal I do not trust to consume it. I’m still waiting on them to send me the return label.

I ordered 3- 1/2 gallons of Spirytus and received 2-1/2 gallons and 2- fifths. So that means I was shorted the alcohol that I paid for.

It took forever to get my last order. I had to make 3 calls to them to get it shipped to me. That's the first time I've had issues with them. Be a wear they don't respond to emails or FB messages, you have to call them.

Products listed on site are not necessarily in stock. A Refund to me for them removing an "Out of Stock" item from my order, took a lot of phone calls to contact a real person to get solved. I should NOT have had to contact them at all for that process to begin. The one item that they did have in stock and I purchased, the shipping/handling was SUPER Fast. YMMV

I ordered 4 bottles of bourbon, only received 3. I was charged for 4. I have tried repeatedly to email the company and they all come back as undeliverable. I'll try calling Monday. I feel that I may have been screwed over on one of the bottles I paid for...

What I ordered and what I received was 2 different items.

Item was missing from order.

The actual ordered item is great. The delivery was a mess. We live in a gated community and our house is over a mile to the package drop off. UPS would not leave at the package drop off center and I had to go all over town trying to find out where the driver left it. He lied about where he left it so it was difficult to find. I had to pay extra to get it delivered but they never delivered it so I paid for nothing. Very unsatisfactory experience for sure.
